I work with organisations within the Community Service sector who are wishing to improve their work place culture, ensure they are providing a culturally safe workplace or who wish to have cultural input into program and/or policy design.

I can provide both lived and professional experience to help guide the organisation towards improving staff wellbeing and retainment through improving the workplace environment and co-designing policies that support the cultural safety of workers, and the community the organisation provides service to.
